A: All Numansion jewellery is crafted from high-quality stainless steel with 18k gold plating, ensuring a luxurious finish and long-lasting durability.
Q: Are your products tarnish-free?
A: Yes, our jewellery is designed to be tarnish-free under normal wear conditions, so you can shine worry-free.
Q: Are your pieces waterproof?
A: Yes, our jewellery is waterproof and safe for daily wear. However, to prolong its life, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water or chemicals (e.g., in pools or while using cleaning products).
Q: Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
A: Yes, our stainless steel base is hypoallergenic, making it suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin.
Orders & Personalisation
Q: Can I cancel or update my order after it’s been placed?
A: Personalised items are sent for fulfilment immediately and cannot be cancelled or updated. However, if your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, email us at hello@numansion.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Q: How long does it take for personalised items to arrive?
A: Personalised items take 2-4 weeks to arrive, as they are custom-made.
Q: Can I return personalised items?
A: Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned as they are custom-made.
Q: What happens if I order non-personalised items with a personalised item?
A: Non-personalised items will be shipped immediately via your selected shipping method. Your personalised item will be shipped separately once it’s ready.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. You’ll receive an email with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has been dispatched.
Q: What if my order is delayed or lost?
A: For delayed or lost orders, please email hello@numansion.com, and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
Returns & Lifetime Guarantee
Q: Can I return my jewellery?
A: Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items purchased during a sale or promotional period can only be returned for store credit, valid for 365 days. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: We do not offer a standard warranty. However, you can purchase our Lifetime Guarantee at checkout for £9.99, which provides lifetime coverage for tarnishing and manufacturing defects.
Q: What does the Lifetime Guarantee cover?
A: The Lifetime Guarantee covers tarnishing and manufacturing defects for life. It does not cover accidental damage, improper care, or loss of the item.
Q: How do I make a Lifetime Guarantee claim?
A: Email hello@numansion.com with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. Our team will review your claim and respond within 5 business days.

Q: How do I care for my jewellery?
A: To keep your jewellery in pristine condition:
- Avoid Chemicals: Keep your jewellery away from harsh chemicals, such as perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products.
- Remove Before Activities: Take off your jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising.
- Store Safely: Store in a dry, cool place, preferably in a soft pouch or jewellery box, to prevent scratches or tangling.
- Clean Regularly: Wipe your jewellery with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear to remove oils and residues.
