Standard Shipping:

  • UK: 2-3 Working days (after production)
  • International: 5-9 Working days (after production)

We are so confident in our PVD Gold coating that we offer a full 2-year warranty on all colour-related issues. If your item fades, tarnishes, or turns green, we will replace it for free. No questions asked.

How long will my order take?

Good things take time. Because this piece is engraved specifically for you, please allow 2-4 weeks for production before your item ships.

Unlike mass-produced jewellery, we hand-polish and inspect every custom piece to ensure it meets our standards. Once your unique piece is ready, we ship it via tracked courier (1-3 working days). You will receive a tracking number the moment it leaves our workshop.

Can I return personalized items?

Because this item is custom-engraved with your personal inscription, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

Please double-check your spelling and size before placing your order! If you realise you made a typo immediately after ordering, please email support@numansion.com within 2 hours so we can catch it before production begins.

Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?

Never. Your Numansion piece is crafted from premium stainless steel with an 18k Gold PVD coating (for Gold pieces) or high-polish finish (for Silver).

This means it is 100% Waterproof, Sweat-proof, and Tarnish-free. You can wear it in the shower, the gym, or the ocean without worrying about fading or green skin. We back this with our 2-Year Warranty.
