Each Numansion piece is crafted from premium stainless steel and coated in 18k gold or high-shine silver plating. Our jewellery is water, sweat and tarnish-resistant — made to be worn every day without losing its shine.
Will my jewellery tarnish?
Our pieces are designed to last. Each one is finished with a protective layer that prevents fading and tarnishing over time. To keep your jewellery looking perfect, avoid contact with harsh chemicals and store it in your Numansion pouch when not in use.
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes — all Numansion jewellery is nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.
Personalisation
Can I personalise my jewellery?
Yes! Many of our designs can be customised with names, initials or dates. Simply select the Personalise option on the product page and enter your chosen details before checkout.
How long does personalised jewellery take to arrive?
Personalised jewellery is handmade to order, which means it takes approximately 21–25 working days to arrive. Each piece is carefully crafted and finished before being shipped, so it’s well worth the wait.
Can I return personalised jewellery?
Because personalised items are made uniquely for you, they can’t be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

How long does shipping take?
All orders — including personalised pieces — typically arrive within 21–25 working days from the date of purchase. You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we deliver worldwide. Delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also use our tracking page to view real-time updates on your parcel.
Warranty & Returns
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — all Numansion pieces include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and tarnishing. If you ever experience an issue, simply contact us with your order number and photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly.
Can I return my order?
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they’re unworn and in their original packaging.
