Personalised items are made to order and take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised items, the non-personalised items will be shipped immediately via your selected shipping method. The personalised piece will be shipped separately once it’s ready.

Shipping times may vary depending on location and external factors.
For international untracked shipments, please note we are unable to provide real-time tracking or updates once the item has been shipped.
